CARA EISENBERG is the principal attorney for The EISENBERG LAW Firm and she personally handles your case in conjunction with other members of the Firm or with other attorneys with whom she partners on select cases.
Ms. Eisenberg graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1984 and has been practicing law ever since, first as a member of State Bar of Florida and, as of 1987, as a member of the State Bar of California as well. Throughout that time, Ms. Eisenberg has represented individuals in various aspects of civil litigation most notably business and securities litigation, civil rights, labor law (e.g., wrongful termination, FEHA violations, wage/hour), and personal injury. The Courts have also appointed her as lead counsel in several class actions.
To date, Ms. Eisenberg has tried over thirty-six (36) jury trials. She has successfully recovered six and seven figure verdicts for the Firm’s clients and six, seven, and eight figure settlements as well. Due to her trial experience, she is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and she has also been on the faculty of ABOTA’s trial school, which teaches trial tactics and procedures to other attorneys. Ms. Eisenberg is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA).
